Use

Mechanism Of Action
It is an immunomodulatory agent with antineoplastic activity. It stops the proliferation and induces apoptosis of various tumour cells. In addition to this promalidomide improves T cell and natural killer (NK) cell-mediated immunity , and also prevents the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, like TNF-alpha or IL-6, by monocytes.
